PROJECT: St. Barnabas Apartments

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
St. Barnabas Apartments is an extensive gut/rehab of an existing building donated by Allina Hospitals and Clinics. The building is being renovated to include 39 efficiency apartments for homeless and at- risk youth and 13 efficiencies for low-income working adults. The building will also house employment, education and self-sufficiency services for residents. The project is scheduled to open in 2005.
