BASSETT CREEK LOFTS
This project entails the conversion of the top two floors of an existing
warehouse into residential lofts. Formerly a hardware warehouse, portions
of the building have previously been converted into leasable commercial
space. Thirty-two lofts, sixteen per floor, feature open, loft-style floor
plans with the existing concrete structure left exposed. Typical units have
large areas of glass toward downtown views, and balconies or rooftop terraces.
The basement level of the building is reconfigured to provide parking for
residents and current commercial tenants.
