PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Belle Haven, a new supportive housing community for 17 families in Princeton, MN, includes 2 and 3 bedroom townhome units, a commons building with offices and community space, and a large, fenced green space with a children's play area. The buildings' design recalls the area's rural character, and the choice to develop the site in a compact way provided the opportunity to conserve open space. The community room at one end of the common lawn provides a focal point for the development.
