PROJECT: BBN Heritage Greens of Cambridge

LOCATION
Cambridge, Minnesota

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in Isanti County, this 54-acre, new development, will house 149 single-family and 98 multi-family units. Heritage Greens is a planned neighborhood, with central community greens, tree-lined boulevards and recreational trail system. Envisioned as a pedestrian friendly neighborhood, cars will be at rear of homes with access via alleyways. Each home will have a front porch and unique details to reflect Traditional Neighborhood Design criteria. Each of the three affordable home plan options was carefully designed to cut cost but still provide residents with ample living, storage spaces, plus additional expansion for the future. Residents will also have the opportunity to chose a variety of color options for roofing and siding materials.
