CHANCELLOR MANOR
Burnsville, Minnesota

Located on just over 13 acres in the south metro and constructed in 1972, Chancellor Manor houses 200 families in 180 apartments and 20 townhomes. This property was in need of substantial upgrades to improve safety and security, resident comfort and curbside appeal. Exterior improvements included window, siding, door and roofing replacement on all buildings; modification to unit and building entrances, including new porches, patio replacement and new fencing and landscaping to delineate between dwelling units; removal and reconfiguration of parking lots to increase visibility and safety, and construction of new trash enclosures; replacement of playground equipment and surfacing for resident children and new teen ‘boulder court’ for young adult residents; extensive sidewalk, lawn and landscape replacement; dwelling unit interior improvements included new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures as needed; upgraded finishes in offices and community building.
