PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Preliminary design for a new senior community adjacent to the campus of the College of St. Benedict. The project offers a range of for-sale unit types including single family homes, twin homes and townhomes in multi-unit buildings. All of the 48 homes have direct access to sidewalks leading to the common green space and directly to the campus, where continuing education opportunities abound. A wide range of exterior design options produces a streetscape reflecting variety and individualism.
