PROJECT: Crestview Community Expansion

LOCATION
St. Paul, MN

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Crestview Community Expansion is a multi-family supportive housing project located in St. Paul, MN. The project consisted of the new construction of a 10-unit apartment building with a large support service area on the lower level, the renovation of 2 existing apartment buildings on the adjacent site, and extensive site work to connect the new and old buildings. The new appartment units provide much needed 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom dwelling units for larger families within this community. The new lower level support service space includes a large community room, children's playroom, lounge, two computer labs, and offices for the New Foundations staff who provide daily support for the residents of all 3 buildings. Through new landscaping and an extensive sidewalk system, the buildings are physically tied together to provide an accessible route throughout the site and visually tied together to create a unified campus of buildings.
