EMANUEL HOUSING
Minneapolis, Minnesota

A pair of multiple-story spaces stitch together a converted 1890’s warehouse and a new 5-story addition into a mixed-use hub in Minneapolis. The upper 3 floors of the converted warehouse and 4 floors of the addition contain 101 efficiency and one-bedroom units of supportive housing. The ground floors of each are home to leasable space and support staff. A two-story lounge connects the lower level and the ground floor. The building is also dog-friendly, including designated dog-walking areas in the fully landscaped rear yard and a dog washing room in the lower level. Located one block north of the Hiawatha LRT and one block south of Washington Avenue, residents have ample access to the heart of downtown and beyond.
