Larry also contributed to the design and construction of the Whittier Elementary School on 26th St. in South Minneapolis. He has been involved in a number of multi-family and senior housing projects and mixed-use housing/commercial retail developments in new and historic buildings.

Having had opportunities to dwell in structures that are absent of plumbing and electricity, Larry has an interest in reducing consumption - particularly as it relates to the construction process. If he's not partaking in outdoor activities, he's playing music with his family, working on the restoration of his house in the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood or taking classes on managing priorities.
