Past work experience:
Laura has finance and accounting experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to working as a senior cost accountant and staff accountant in the private sector, she kept the books for a housing program in the non-profit world. Laura finds working for CRA, with its emphasis on non-profit housing, an excellent mix of the two worlds.

Distinctions:
Degree in Public Relations & Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin.

Hobbies:
When Laura is not crunching numbers for CRA she enjoys painting, cooking and entertaining in her St. Paul loft home. Among her humanitarian efforts she has been the site coordinator for the HDLR annual benefit for diabetes research for many years running. In addition, she is an avid reader and enjoys throwing a kettle bell around!
