PROJECT: Lindquist Apartments

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This 4 story mixed-use building includes a basement, 1st and 2nd floor office space and 3rd and 4th floor supportive housing. The basement will house RS Eden’s maintenance facility, the 1st and 2nd floors will house RS Eden’s administrative offices, RSI Labs, a 1,500 sq.ft. training space and 1,700 sq.ft. of commercial rental office space. The site has 25 on grade parking spaces and a secure courtyard with southern exposure accessable by all tenants and residents. The supprtive housing floors include reception desk, counselor offices, computer room and lounge.
