PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A higher density, mixed-use building on a community corridor in an established residential neighborhood. The first floor includes a retail/food tenant offering job training for the young adults in the 42 apartment units. YouthLink provides support services on site for the residents, who are transitioning out of foster care.
