PROJECT: Pillsbury A-Mill

LOCATION
Minneapolis, Minnesota

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Once the largest flour mill in the world, the Pillsbury 'A' Mill in Minneapolis is being redeveloped as a mixed-use housing and commercial complex. Lower levels will contain commercial space, and the approximately one hundred new loft apartments above will have views over downtown Minneapolis, St. Anthony Falls and the Stone Arch Bridge. The work will include restoration of the exterior facades of the historic facility, which is on the National Historic Register and a National Engineering Landmark.
