PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New construction of 36 senior apartments with CommonBond's Advantage Service spaces. The HUD 202 funding program stipulated budget and design requirements but careful attention was paid to material selection, details and refinement of the unit layout. Because the project was developed in cooperation with the adjacent Lutheran Church, the community room faces a shared green space with a patio beneath the existing tall pine trees.
