PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Conference presentation to illustrate Sustainability, Affordability and Marketability trade-offs in residential design. The presentation used a board game format, with audience members filling in a scorecard to track their preferences as the game progressed through a series of home design options examining costs, green benefits and market appeal. The simplified scoring process showed how balancing your design choices can affect mortgage and long term ownership costs.
