Past work experience:
For the past 16 years of her 29-year career, most of her work, including several award-winning projects, has centered on the design of affordable and supportive housing for non-profit developers. In the process of designing and renovating over 3,000 dwelling units, she has developed an understanding of design and technical issues specifically related to supportive housing , such as building security concerns, durability of finish materials, indoor air quality problems, and support service space programming.

Distinctions:
Bachelor of Architecture five-year degree - Kansas State University
Registered Architect, State of Minnesota and State of Wisconsin
LEED Accredited Professional
NCARB Certificate Holder
Presenter at supportive housing conferences
Member, Leadership St. Paul's class of 1998

Hometown:
St. Paul, MN

Interests:
Terri is thankful that she has the opportunity to work on design projects with clients who share her commitment to high quality housing. After office hours, she enjoys the rewards and challenges of being mom to her 14-year-old daughter. In addition, Terri enjoys traveling to new places, particularly to learn more about the history of housing - next stop is the Scandinavian countries to see their housing types. In the meantime, she is reading a whole stack of good books and planning the next family canoe camping trip to the BWCAW.
