In the process of designing and renovating over 1,500 dwelling units, she has developed an understanding of design and technical issues specifically related to supportive housing, such as building security concerns, durability of finish materials, indoor air quality problems, and support service space programming.

Interests:
Terri is thankful that she has the opportunity to work on challenging design projects with clients who share her commitment to high quality housing. After office hours, she enjoys the challenges of being mom to her 11-year-old daughter. In addition, Terri enjoys travelling to new places, particularly to learn more about the history of housing - next stop is the Scandinavian countries to see their housing types. In the meantime, she is eagerly awaiting the next non-fiction book by John McPhee.
