Matthew Finn Principal, Secretary For me, architecture is a delightful blend of social factors and technical constraints, wrapped into the built environment we share every day. Few pieces of that environment are more personal than housing or more important than the neighborhoods and cities we call home. Designing in that context is exceptionally rewarding. Licensed Architect, State of Minnesota                 Adjunct Assistant professor, University of Minnesota College of Design                       Co-chair of AIA-MN advisory board to Architecture MN magazine, 2016-2017         AIA Minnesota Leadership Forum participant, 2015 BA Architecture & Master of Architecture degrees - University of Minnesota Dream destination Next jaunt across the globe leans toward Amsterdam – for the canals, the bicycling, and of course the housing.

Christopher Wegscheid Associate Since completing my graduate degree in 1995, I have worked for numerous architecture firms doing high-end residential work in Los Angeles, New York and Minneapolis. I recently decided to depart from this niche to fulfill a long held desire to work on affordable housing. Masters of Architecture - Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) Bachelor of Science in Architecture - University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign Interests Despite having thumbs that are anything but green, I satisfy my love of plants with an interest in green roofs and living walls. I have served for several years as President of the Minnesota Green Roofs Council, a non-profit that promotes green roofs use across the state. When I'm not busy putting plants where they don't belong, I'm probably riding my bike, hanging a camera from a kite, rereading Kurt Vonnegut's "Bluebeard" by for the umpteenth time, or wishing I was somewhere on the North Shore.

Emily Timm Project Architect Affordable Housing design has been the focus of my professional work since 2009, and I find that the most rewarding aspect of working on these types of projects is meeting the building occupants after they have moved into their new home. Seeing the positive impact that a safe, comfortable, and well-designed environment can have on someone’s life is very fulfilling. Licensed Architect, State of Minnesota Master of Architecture - University of Minnesota                                           Bachelor of Arts in Architecture -University of Minnesota                               LEED Accredited Professional 2007 AIA Committee on the Environment Award for Bio-inspired Design Dream destination I would love to visit Prague in the Czech Republic because it was a political and cultural center of Europe for centuries. The preserved historic qualities, architectural beauty, its ability to persevere make the city very appealing to me.
